Stubborn limescale on a tiled floor was the problem at a flat hotel in Boltenhagen on the Baltic Sea: the wellness area had a very high level of limescale and the limescale could no longer be removed properly. Our employee was called in together with Clean Up Usedom to help. With the mechanical support of FGH Illgen from Neustrelitz, the floor was treated and cleaned with Buz Contracalc G 461, Erol G 490 and Erolcid G 491. The result: the limescale was removed during the test cleaning and cleaning is now carried out with these three products. The case has shown how good co-operation works and how a customer is more than satisfied.
